President Trump And Kim Share Historic Handshake
History was made on Monday evening when the world’s two most unpredictable leaders shook hands in a historic moment of unprecedented show of diplomacy which no one thought would ever happen.

The world was stunned to witness a ‘The Art of Trump Diplomacy’ – a seating U.S. President and a despotic leader of a murderous regime in North Korea standing side-by-side, under their respective national flags, smiling and then shaking hands. The indelible image its the symbolism cannot be understated.

With that symbolic handshake when Trump met Kim, the two leaders kicked off a momentous long-anticipated summit which has incensed the entire world particularly the global diplomatic community.

It was the highly anticipated face-to-face meeting between the two controversial leaders which drove the anticipation to unprecedented proportions which climaxed into the “historic handshake.”

“We’re going to have a great discussion and I think tremendous success,” said President Trump seating next to Kim . “We will have a terrific relationship I have no doubt,” he added.
“It was not easy to get here” responded Kim through his translator. “We overcame old prejudices to get here today.”

After the handshake and the photos, the two leaders retreated behind closed doors for a one-on-one meeting to get to know each other before the major bilateral summit between the two nations that remain suspicious of each other’s motives.

Regardless of the outcome, President Trump has achieved something tremendous which no previous U.S. President and politicians alike, living or dead, has achieved.

Before the meeting, Trump heightened the suspense on Tuesday morning when he cautiously tweeted from his hotel room.
“Meetings between staff and representatives are going well and quickly…but in the end, that doesn’t matter. We will all know soon whether or not a real deal, unlike those of the past can happen!”

Even long before the Summit, President Trump has always maintained that he and the young dictator Kim Jong Un would get along and strike a deal that could see an end to a decades long diplomatic standoff, end the armistice and the Korean War.

“We are hopeful this summit will have set the conditions for future successful talks,” said Secretary of State Mike Pompeo.

The alignment of interests which appear to be shared by the two leaders, it is hoped, may possibly lead to a positive outcome for all parties concerned.
President Trump’s maximum pressure campaign and unorthodox diplomatic bellicose is what brought the world to this unprecedented historic moment which no one thought would ever come.
