“We got him!” Those were the most unforgettable words by Utah Governor Spencer Cox during a press conference announcing the apprehension of the assassin who cruelly assassinated the 31-year old Conservative free-speech champion and political activist, Charlie Kirk.

22-year old Tyler James Robinson from Washington, Utah, was identified as the suspect and apprehended on Thursday after a two-day manhunt in the assassination of Kirk. His apprehension came after a family member said to be very close to him and now suspected to be his father, turned him in.
According to Gov. Cox, the individual who made the report stated that Robinson had, somehow, implied and potentially confessed to killing the Conservative political activist and operative, Charlie Kirk.
By Monday, Robinson had been linked to the DNA sequencing to the crime scene.

According to FBI Director, Kash Patel, DNA matching Robinson’s was found on a towel wrapped around the firearm. Both the towel and firearm were discarded in a wooded area near Utah Valley University (UVU). DNA was also found on a screw driver which was found on a rooftop of a building at the same university.

Furthermore, an affidavit from the state of Utah confirms that Robinson was arrested on obstruction of justice, suspicion on the crimes of aggravated murder and felony discharge of a firearm.

Robinson, who is now believed to be the lead and sole suspect, currently seats in a Utah County jail without bond. Reports say he is on special watch to determine whether he is a risk to himself or to others.
31-year old Charlie Kirk, a co-founder of a powerful Conservative youth movement, Turning Point USA (TPUSA), was a rising star in the Republican Party and MAGA Conservative Movement .
