A commercial Turkish plane with 168 people caused panic on Saturday when it skidded off a runway and stopped short of plunging into the Black Sea after it slid and dangled precariously off a muddy cliff with its nose feet away from the Sea. No injuries were reported.

A statement from Pegasus Airlines explained the plane “had a runway excursion incident” as it landed, without stating the reasons as to what to caused the aircraft to careen off the runway to end up clinging nose first down the cliff just feet away from the Black Sea.
