In an unprecedented move, President Trump held a rare open meeting with a bipartisan group of lawmakers on Immigration by allowing cameras and reported for close to an hour to observe in real time the legislation negotiation process in real time.

The bold move was widely seen as a counter move to the discredited Fire And Fury book on him, his Family and Administration to prove that he is mental faculties are sound and mentally stable.

For 55 minutes on Tuesday afternoon, President Trump put his mental faculties on display for Americans and the world to see that his mental faculties are not deteriorating as purported by the impeach Trump brigade within the Democrat Party and the alt-left.

Viewers were treated to real time legislative sausage and policy making process in action on DACA and Immigration Reform negotiations with a bipartisan group of Republicans and Democrats lawmakers.

“This is the President we see everyday,” said a White House official.  “He works ridiculously hard, he’s laser-focused on getting results and he knows how to deal with people.”

“It’s not common, but I thought it was a good idea.  It was good for the White House and the staff to also see the gaps we need to bridge amongst the Republicans and Democrats,” said Republican Senator Thom Tillis of North Carolina who attended the meeting.

With the March 5 deadline for Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) – an illegal Obama-era deportation amnesty protecting up to 800,000 DREAMers – quickly approaching, there is urgency on both sides of the political divide to come up with a solution.

Showing his negotiation skills, President Trump urged lawmakers from both sides of the political divide to find a bipartisan solution to protect thousands of DREAMers and young illegal immigrants from deportation, but at the same time, insisted that that any agreement must include funding for a border wall on the southern border with Mexico.

“If you don’t have the wall, you don’t have security,” Trump told the lawmakers.

“You folks are going to have to come up with a solution, and if you do, I’m going to sign that solution.”

President Trump then pushed the responsibility to the bipartisan lawmakers saying he would sign any bill that gives protection to young DREAMers and DACA recipients provided it contained border security protections he has insisted on.

Although calling for a series of immigration reforms to the current system such as ending the visa lottery and the disastrous “chain migration” which allows for immigrants to sponsor extended family members and relative to the United States, President Trump maintained that his biggest focus is still on the wall.

While Democrats object to any action other than approving the legal status for DREAMers insisting chain migration and the wall can wait, the President pointed out the importance of both.  He reminded Democrats of recent terrorist attacks and how they had been carried out by immigrants who are beneficiaries of the very same disastrous systems of visa lottery and chain migration.
